It depends on the rest of the details of the subs for example. If the two w3's you have are 2 ohm dual voice coil subs then wire each in series to make 2 4 ohm subs and then wire the two of them in parallel to the amp to get 1000 watts going into 2 ohms. If that is the case then they can easily handle that as that would be the recommended rms power for each coil. It also depends on if the amp is rated at 1000 watts rms as long as the rms of the amp falls between the rms and peak of the sub you'll be ok as long as you don't crank the gain all the way up.
