So with the low miles, it'd be worth a bit if it didn't have a blown headgasket. So it's up to you on whether to pay to fix it, or take a big hit selling a broken car. I'd fix it, keep it 'til 100k miles or so, then sell it. If you do decide to fix it, make sure he head bolt holes in the block are timeserted. It's required on the Northstar engines.
