check your rising rate regulator. make sure it's hooked up to the intake plenum and not a direct boost line from the turbo.
if that's hooked up properly, then open up the RRR and make sure the plunger didnt get stuck.
as for running rich, check your ECU codes when the light goes off again. that's the only way to know for sure what the error is. the ECU doesnt trip a light for running too rich. besides, you shouldnt be at stoichiometric when you're on the throttle. it should be reading very rich at WOT. only at cruise will it show near stoich, since the ECU only monitors the O2 sensor at idle and cruise. varying throttle angles while driving or going WOT sends the ECU into open loop, thus reading it's stored fuel and ignition maps and not the O2 sensor.
also, make sure your MAP bypass valve is not installed upside down.
