Nice build! The finish looks very good.

This kit, together with Tamiya's 911 Speedster and Flatnose, make terrific first builds (since they're essentially the same kit with different bodies). Simple construction, but Tamiya didn't skimp on body detail at all. Of course, the masking can be rather tricky, but you seem to have managed that very well, too.

This is one of the few Tamiya kits that you can use Fujimi wheels on with no modification- however, any open style wheel may show off the kit's lack of brake detail. Most Fujimi wheels come with a set of Brembo disks, and if you can get over the idea of putting Brembo's on a Porsche, you may be able to find a way to mount them. I'll be curious to see what the 911 looks like on those wheels.

Don't worry too much about aquiring faster than you build- we all seem to do it. Judging by your start here, you'll enjoy building them all.
