I'm looking at iPrimus at the moment seeing as I have about 2 weeks until Dingoblue shuts down. Cheap and effective with a 4 hour cutoff.
Why not just check the trading post for a cheap 2nd hand machine? About 600 bucks might get you an old Celeron 500 with enough to browse.
