The Tamiya kit? Yeah, they did go through a lot of trouble to match the WR Blue in the plastic color. You can give it a nice shine just by rubbing it out with Tamiya rubbing compound. Scrub it with a toothbrush and dishsoap first, then polish with compound. You can add wax afterwards, but it probably won't do much to improve the appearence.
By the way, you'll get much better milage around here if you use proper capitalization and abandon chatboard shorthand. Most of us here are adults- and even if you're not, if you act like one, we'll treat you like one. Act like less, and you run the risk of being blown off....
