Good for you. And you can rant here all you want. We are good listeners and if nothing else good for moral suppurt because we have all been in a similar situation. I could tell you about my dealer horror stories but it would be boring and covers 9 years of ownership with my GTP, 5 years with a Regal GS and 7 years with a Regal LS.

But if you are not happy with the service from the particular dealer call Pontiac Customer Service and complain. Also, it is good to do DIY whenever possible if you are capable because if nothing else minimize down time with the car.
