Hey BobbyV326,
I had a leak similar to yours in an older Ranger I had. I finally tracked it down... It was a small crack in the body putty in the door gutter... You really couldn't even see the crack... It was very frustrating. To fix it..I broke out the suspect body putty... Bondoed it back in and painted it with touchup paint. After getting the leak fixed I ended up taking the carpet padding out (smelled like mildew) and replacing it with copious amounts of newspaper. It worked very well... Also if it happens to be in the trim of the windshield, they make FLOWABLE silicone... Which fixes leaks very well
Good Luck...
