Check your air filter, air intake obstructions could cause MAF problems. If you have a K&N and recently oiled it, excessive oil could cause MAF problems as well. Look for any vacuum leaks, they can contribute to MAF malfunctions. Using a Digital Voltmeter check for the proper reference voltage to your MAF sensor, some MAF sensors use a 5 volt reference voltage, some use a 12 volt reference voltage, I am not sure wich one for your car. Do not use an anolog voltmeter becuase you may overload the circuit and fry your ECM. Also look for loose connections for the wires at the MAF
