The speaker comes out very easily by using a flat head screw driver or something flat and just pop it out. I believe the dealer charges around 60$ for replacements but i could be wrong. There are some alternative speakers I have seen that require some fabrication, but i recently noticed best buy had the dash speakers on their website, but it said that they would not sit flush in the dash.
