My car had (had to say goodbye tonight) 204,400 miles, and I decided against using seafoam, because that carbon buildup was actually making the engine run right. If you were to remove the buildup from the side of the cylinder walls, there might be more oil going by the piston rings, actually increasing oil consumption.
