Just take the air pump out, drain the water and dry out the inside of the pump with a hairdrier or something. Squish the water out of the foam filter in it too.
Then hook the air pump back up and replace the fuse (30A I think). The fuse is right beside your battery.
One other thing, the air pump isn't super critical. Your Blazer pollutes more than normal without it, but I think thats it. So you can still drive it if you can't work on it immediately.
