You have two options:
1) Call Mitsubishi (
www.mitsubishicars.com) and ask them to give you the code. You will need the VIN number and the serial number from the radio. This can be found on a sticker on the bottom side.
2) You can ask a Mitsubishi dealer to "retrieve" it for you. But most likely he'll charge you a minimum of $50 for it.
