Check the return hose coming from your heater core.
I had a small coolant leak about a month ago - I would see steam coming from under the hood and smell coolant evaporating on the engine, but I couldn't find the leak.
I took a few weeks of refilling the radiator and searching under the hood, but I finally found the leak - a small 4" hose coming from the heater core. It was hard to find because it's located between the engine and the firewall under the intake manifold. Sure was glad to get it fixed because re-filling my radiator every day was a pain in the ass.
P.S. It's not a real good idea to taste fluids coming from your car.
