I believe it has the same heater control valve as my '92 Cherokee, so turn the heater control FULL HEAT to make sure the coolant flows through the heater core and gets all the air bubbles out. If you do this for a couple of heat-up & cool-down cycles, the noise may go away.

I've also noticed it's developed a slow leak (drip every 5 seconds) on one of the heater hoses where a radiator flush valve was added. Haven't had a chance to fix it as it is dark when I get home from work.
