I was recently the recipient of a WARNING by one of my county's "finest" advising me that my license plate light was out.
I just puchased a 2 bulb replacement pace to Advance Auto Parts for a few bucks, but, for the life of me, can't figure out how to get to the existing bulb/bulbs to replace.
There seems to be a small plastic, somewhat clear, cover over the middle of the plate, however, it does not seem to be EASILY removed? There are also two nuts one either side of the plastic, somewhat clear, cover, but they don't seem to be associated with BULB REPLACEMENT?
Anyone have any advice on changing my rear license plate light bulb to keep me from GOING TO JAIL before the next county mounty stops me?
I ran a search on threads, but, I suspect that this problem is much too easy and there has been no need for any assistance, so I could'nt find a related thread.
I'v got a 97 GTP with 201,800 MILES, still runs strong, but needs this bulb replaced!
Thanks,
GTPme
