You may want to look for what I found a few times. Check that the glove box light is going off when closed, and if you have a trunk light check for the same. I had a problem with the glove box light one time and couldn't find what was killing the battery, untill I noticed that the dash was warm around the glove box. The light wasn't turning off when closed.
