i have a 95 lumina with the DOHC 3.4 and my transmission blew 2 monthes ago, 1st and 3rd gear dropped out of it as well as the overdrive, we searched and spoke to a few different people about where we could replace it and how much, final solution was mr. transmission who did a pretty good job, cost $2400 tho
...good luck and i hope you can get it done cheaper than i did
