number one...hachi means eight in japanese, roku is six..and second...most likely we call an AE88 a hachi-roku is probably because they were just trying to adapt the likeness of a japanese name to an american car...for example the japanese toyota altezza is a lexus is300 in america...no harm done right? but i guess if the americans started to call their lexus is300 a toyota altezza it would be wrong...not really...let people have their fun...seriously
