NSX's range from high 12 second cars to high 13 second cars depending on whos driving, year, and model.
350Z's range from very high 13 second cars to mid 14 seconds cars depending on the circumstances.
one factor to think about, there is alot more Automatic 350Z's sold than one would presume. the automatics run low-mid 14's depending on conditions and launch.
Acura's and Honda's win races because of gearing, looking at numbers is a minute aspect to how a car performs when put against another car. trust me, looking at NSX's numbers are nothing until you sit in one or drive one...that car is a highway monster!
BTW: you take that tach all the way to 7krpms you would have beat him...by shifting so early, you are taking yourself out of the game for the next gear.
