5 speed conversion is more common of the two, i would do a search on this forum or maybe try clubintegra.com , people are always selling parts necessary for a swap

i would also upgrade your clutch at this time also or get a new OEM one

any performance shops in your area should be able to do the swap if not point you in the right direction
