hmmm, cheap? fast? easy to mod? 5.0 mustang, if you dont mind domestics that will be the best car to fit wut your looking for. otherwise id look into 240sx's... id also stay away from anything turbo for a couple reasons, first get some experience driving, second i take it you dont have bundles of money and turbos are pricy to fix, and in my opinion unreliable.
