well i have a 96 f-150 5.0 EFI and i got flowmaster 40 series on mine...i see a good difference, but with 2 cats on my truck it really restricts the levels of noise, i plan on buying hooker headers (great for exhaust flow) and maybe some new cams if i ever make enough money (college kid at the moment). Also think about getting a free-flow cat to replace those cats...thats one thing that ford irritated me with...2 stupid cats...oh well, take care man (ive also heard borla on a svt cobra...keep in mind that it did have a blower on it, but it sounded amazing...deep loud and made me wish i had one the instant i heard it...my same friend got a vette z06, and he got cams on his with no blower...got headers, and magnaflows, and those actually made the most "muscle car" tone ive ever heard from a newer engine...its also a 427ci chevy though)...I would go with flowmaster 30 series, holley hooker headers, and some cams.
