Many people sand out and polish their paint after the final layer has cured. This will deal with any dust contamination on the last coat, and make the surface even and shiney.

For stripping paint, often the fastest ways are not the best ways. A couple of days to strip a body is really no big deal. It's much better to do it slowly, but not risk ruining the body. It also helps to encourage you to use stripping as a last resort (which it is), and work with the paint you've already applied- which is how you'll really learn the skills of body painting.
