Owners manual

Being a Cavalier owner, I've normally posted to that forum; but I am now the proud owner of another Chevy creation; a 1993 Chevy Lumina 4dr witha 3.2L. It's in good shape too. It'll sit nicely next to my two 94 Cavys.
Here's my predicament.
I need an owners manual. I can't see myself buying one; but I can see myself plowing through a couple of junkyards more than 60K away if all else fails. (not that it wouldn't be great fun, eh?...lol)
But: These forums have yet to let me down. So, can anyone link me to a site where I can download one; or would someone offer to E one to me.
Then there's the little [D] next to the regular D on the gear indicator in the dash. What does the [D] offer me?
The rest I can figure out if I need to; but that [D] got me pegged huh?
For the record, I don't mind sending a few bucks for a mailed one to someone in this forum; or paying the postage, as long as I don't have to pay Big Brother and his corporate leaguers for something that should be made available to collectors and drivers of a line of fine vehicles at no cost. After all, I think we folk kinda maintain a little bit of history for each vehicle we restore and exercise.
