Re: '95 problems please help

I Brought Mine To The Dealer And They Did The Rest. It Is A Very Good Idea To Get This Done Asap. There Have Been A Lot Of Fires Caused By A Leaky Fuel Rail. Just Look On Ebay And I Bet You'll Find Someone Trying To Part Out One That Burned. The Dealer Will Reuse Your Old Fpr. There Is An Adapter That Mates The Old Fpr To The Fuel Rail. I Think The Fuel Rail Is Setup To Take A Newer Style Fpr.

Check Your Tranny Fluid. They Dont Call It A Hydra-matic Tranny For Nothing. Most Of The Work In An Auto Tranny Is Acomplished By The Fluid Moving Around And Going From This Valve To This Valve, Doing All Sorts Of Things. Dirty Fluid Will Kill A Tranny. Could Also Be A Sensor Or A Hundred Other Things That Are Hard To Track Down. The First Step Should Always Be To Check The Fluid, It Would Be Best To Drop The Pan, Pull The Tranny Drain Plug, And Change The Filters. If You Do That Make Sure To Check For Misc. Metal Debris.

The Traction Control Is Usually A Failure Of One Of Your Wheel Hub Assemblies Or The Actual Unit. The Wheel Hub In A 95' Is Expensive And Known For Failure (at Least The Front Is). The Oem Hubs Will Go Anywhere From 80-120,000.

The Heated Seat Module Is Under The Pas. Seat. I Have A Leak That Fills The Pass Area With An Inch Or More Water When It Rains Badly And Then My Heated Seats Work Funny.
There May Be An Individual Module For Each Seat. I Havent Had To Look That Far.

Some Tranny Shops Will Give You A Free Estimate. Part Of The Estimate Is Scanning The Codes. If You Can Find A Place That Will Do This, Get A Printout Of The Codes.
