There are no key codes on any of the lock cylinders for your vehicle. If you have the knockout, you'be hit a homerun.
I would suggest one of two things.
1) Take out a door cylinder or trunk and take to locksmith to have key made. They'll have to replace the face cap on the lock, but it beats them having to pull the door sleeve.
2) If vehicle has locking glove box, take it out and take to locksmith. They can get 4 of the 6 cuts needed for the key from a glovebox and progression the other 2 cuts. May take a couple keys to get working key, but again it beats having to pull the door sleeve.
Being a locksmith, these are the 2 methods we use for making a door/trunk key to GM 6 cut vehicles.
