try racing a 1998 standerd cab with a 5.0 it will smoke a 4.8/5.3/even a 5.7 i raced a 5.7 the other night i took off first then i hit about 90 mph he passed me so does that anwser your q ooooooooooo by the way on your insterment panel break off the the little needle bottom of 100 mph ones you hit 100 put cruise control
