Driving a stick is like riding a bike once you get decent at it... no excuses.
even going from transmission to transmission it takes me no more than 15-20min of good shifting to get comfertable.
The most dificult thing to adjust to IMO is the clutch's friction point for launching and shifting (the less you have to move the pedal the beter)
