If its in the same place as my 95 you are in for a fun time. It's behind the bumper cover. Remove the headlight, there is a bolt behind that holding the tank at the top. Remove the splash shield, there are 2 bolts on the bottom of the tank. Unplug the pump, disconnect the hose, wiggle it around until it comes out. Make sure you use a new pump, nothing sucks more than fighting with the new tank installing it to disover the pump leaks as you have to remove the tank to change the pump.
