I would add corner weighting in the sleeve & full coilovers sections. Struts are just as important as springs yet hardly mentioned. Not running a sway bar with a larger rear sway on the street is just plain stupid, at least the stock front should be used with poly bushings & shorter end links.
Though, is not tough.
