You need the mounts , linkage, wire harness, integra axles blah blah blah ...u get wat i'm sayin The b16 is cheaper and i think i would go with that if money is the issue...cuase b18 is expensive man..if u got the money then hey go for it.

well.. he doesnt
have to do the cable/hydro conversion. he can use a B17A1 transmission from a 92-93 integra GS-R. it is cable actuated and will bolt right up to the B18C. the gearing may not be as optimized but it will work.
but lets not forget about the other performance advantages of the B16A. namely, for starters, its 1.74 rod/stroke ratio, which gives it better torque (relative to its displacement) than the B18. on top of that the B18C1 intake manifold does not flow as well as the B16A's
the B16A will respond better to NA mods due to its more balanced nature.
the key to getting good times with a NA engine not only depends on the engine, but what is even MORE important is weight. weight is your biggest enemy, so a CRX is a good base car as it can be more significantly lightened than an integra. if you had a 1g CRX you could take the weight down even further, but a B16A swap would be far more complicated.
