as maxwedge said probley the power steering pumps low, they are noisy . Also it could be the serp. belt slipping, due to wet conditions and the/a low PS . Maybe squarells

If you cant find the source, I'd take it to a proffesional and hav them look/diagnose it, maybe it'll be somehting simple you can fix.
