if its like any other door panel, it should be easy to come off.
the panel should be fastened to the door, via several small plastic fasteners. just use a straight blade screw driver and wedge it between the panel and the door, and pry it apart. they make a tool for this, but its not needed, in my opinion. replacement fasters are cheap, and can be bought at any auto part store. here is a link to what the fastners look like:
