Not sure if there's one near you but Wood Workers Warehouse has sets of indexed micro bits. Can't remember how many come with it as my stepson raided my tools and lost half of them. . .  Most any size you need comes in it and I think I paid under $20 for the set . . .
EDIT: Ummmm never mind . . . "Woodworkers Warehouse ceased operations and filed chapter 11 bankruptcy on December 2, 2003.
All assets have been liquidated." damn. . .
