Re: Check Engine Light, and tink sound
Hummmm not sure about the tinking noise. As far as the check engine light the oil change it would not turn it on. I have a GT Eclipse and my oil is almost 2500 miles over and my check engine light is on. You could have a misfire in one of the cyclender and that is what set it off. I had a similar thing happen on my Eclipse and they reset the computer and haven't have the issue since. You can take to it Advanced Auto Parts, Autozone, etc and they can hook it up to a machine and read the code for you.
