The first thing you need to do is to find another Chrysler dealer and ask them to look at the car for you. Since you have a 2004 I expect it is still under warranty. Since Chrysler warrants the car not the dealer you should be able to get it worked on at any dealership. Based on your description I believe you have a serious issue with the engine. Blue smoke like you mention indicates that there is oil being sucked into the combustion chamber either through the intake manifold gasket or through a cracked head, bad head gasket or block.

If you can't get any satisfaction from another dealer then check with the district service manager, his number should be listed in the owners manual. I hope this helps you get this corrected.
