Ok first off i'm assuming this is the same asshole selling the kit to make you car think its getting colder air thus advancing the timing too fucking high and fucking up valves and shit. WHAT A FUCKING ASSHOLE.....
P.S. Anyone wondering how to make their fans stay on all the time on the lower fan setting can just unplug the temp sensor. With this unplugged you fans will stay on the low setting all the time. I know this because i had to run my car like this for awhile.
I hate ASSHOLE that try to take advantage for people.....
