yeah, swap the head for a jdm d15b6 head, you can bore the pistons out to 1.6l, use zc pistons and rods, or if you wanna spend a little more get titanium or forged pistons... piston rings, valve springs and retainers.. while your head is off, port and pollish it, titanium valves too... you can use a forged head gasket and head studs-this will all help your motor handle more boost...
piece a 14b turbo together, you can run safely push 10 lbs on the street and about 15 lbs on the track..and if you wanna go faster than that (low 14's in the 1/4) retard your timing 2.5 degrees and throw in a 50shot wet NOS kit... you'll be in the 12's
