Every front wheel drive trans filter i've replaced was simple but messy, there is no drain plug, so you just pull the pan, take the bolts out of one corner, put a drain pan there, then keep taking them out until you get to the other side, lossen the last few to make the side you started with drop down. The trans filter just pulls down and you push the new one back in, other then the mess its easy.
