Correct me if i'm wrong, but i think the set up is basically the same for all the 4.3's. I've changed them on a 94 and also on my 98.

But changing them isn't hard. On the radiator where the lines enter there are 2 pin clamp thingy's you'll have to take off with a pair of pliers. You will also have like a support about half way down the line you'll have to remove. Then there's one bolt right above your oil filter you'll have to remove. At this point the whole line should just come out. I'm not entirely sure if you have to drain the oil or not but i don't think you do. Just be sure you get the gasket with the new lines. DO NOT use the old one. And common sense would tell you to do this while the engine is cool. it's much easier, i promise. Good luck and hope this helps.
