speaking only from personal experience:

I ues standard fluids, with the exception of oil- valvoline maxlife since 80K - no probs, no leaks

I use nothing but regular unleaded gas - no probs there

never had trouble with any quality after-market parts, but it is important to note things: like the replacment aluminum water pumps may require a different coolant.

air intake - haven't really looked at it, just keep the filter clean...
