There is a 99.9% chance that the bearing is standard and not custom made. If you can look at the bearing, it should have a number on the outer or inner race along with a manufacturers marking - like SKF, NTN, etc. Even if you don't see the marking, any good bearing supply store should be able to get you a replacement.
