D16A1 engine wont fit in a ED chassis without new mounts and other mod; but im guessing you can fab something up. Its the bastard of the D-series. I also have no clue what axles but im pretty sure you can make some hybrid ones by using the ED outers and the Integra Inners on the ED shafts(Dont take my word though as I dont know for sure).
The Integra's ECU wont fit in the ED civic because the ED is OBD0, and the Integra uses a vacuum-advance distributor. Youll have to rewire the civic harness to fit the Integra ECU or find a OBD0 distributor thatll fit the D16A1 and use a Si ECU.
