my b/f (90CRXZCSi) has a 2000 Civic Si turbocharged and he loves it.
1) The quality of the kit is awsome.
2) It hardly took anything...everything was rather easy.
3) Good for daily driving....pretty good gas mileage
(if you dont race 24-7)
4) i think that would be fine. The only reason for that is to see your HP
5) he has only had his for about 2 months and no problems so far.
6) Everything has ran beautiful since the day of install.
As for the choice...i would make it a sleeper and go turbo first and then go with the Kit and rims.
