The seats use a Peltier device to electrically generate both warmed and cooled air, so the system doesn't have to wait for the engine in either case. A blower moves air across the Peltier and then out through the perforations in the seat. The system is manufactured by Johnson Controls.

These are heated and cooled seats. Do you know where the filters are located?
