Unhappy 1991 Plymouth Voyager 3.3l V6....Not running

Hello, I am a owner of a 1991 Plymouth voyager and for some reason will not start. I recently had a new Ignition put in and it ran fine then one day( of course it happened when my wife put in a full tank of gas) it would not start up. This has been sitting for almost a month now and I dont know what to do. When I turn on the ignition key I hear the fuel pump turn on and when I crank it, its trying to start but does not. I really dont want to take it somewhere and have them charge me like $300 just to drop the tank, dont have the cash right now. Dont know what else to say but I would like to get it on the road again. I think someone mentioned that there are 2 fuel filters??? I looked underneath and there appears to be one on the drivers side in some kind of enclosure and I would assume that the other one is in the engine compartment. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks again.
