1. increase air pressure in your tires by about 3-5psi.
2. use 14" wheels/tires - less rolling resistance and lighter
3. use Fuel Injector Cleaner about once a month
4. use lighter weight oil - thicker oil uses more energy to flow
5. keep your windows rolled up. Cars are meant to be more aerodynamic with the windows up. With them down your car is like a parachute
6. don't use A/C
7. drive like a granny - don't shift over 4000 rpms
8. lighter exhaust, headers, and stereo system - weight uses more energy to push
9. cleaner car - is more aerodynamic and lighter. You'll be amazed how much dirt and grime can build up on your car
10. stop and go traffic will use more gas, and turning off and on your car too.

That's all I can think of. I get 34mpg with my 00 Civic Si
