1. jack the back part of your car up.
2. you see in the first pix where the muffler connects to the b pipe. remove the 2 bolts there. on the muffler itself, there are hangers. remove those. install the new or used muffler. installation is of reversal of removal.
if that is just too difficult for you, take it to your local muffler shop and oay them to put or weld a new one on.
problem solved.
