Nearly any condition is acceptable, as long as it is not completely rusted to hell. Structurally sound would be good. I would prefer to be able to drive it to my house in running condition, but again this is negotiable.
I live in the pacific northwest (portland, oregon, USA) and it would be good if the car were somewhere near here. Seeing as how I am looking for one that is actually in bad condition, I would rather not pay more than $1000 for it. Thanks!
